Summary
You know how you used to think so sharply and remember so clearly? You find yourself asking, "What is wrong with me today?" It can feel so frustrating. Menopause is a natural life process and most people know this but how much do they really understand? What most people do not know, however, is the effects of menopause on women.
Menopausal Brain Fog Memory: Strategies to Help Women Think Straight and Cope Better in the Workplace provides strategies to help women as a practical guide and insight into the effects of the menopause on the brain's functions such as thinking and memory, otherwise known as brain fog memory. This book includes tips for women or anyone who wishes to know more about the subject, to help understand or cope better in the workplace on a daily basis, particularly in pressured environments.

Disappointing and poor quality
When I saw this title and read the publishers summary I was keen to purchase this book. I have only ever left one other less than good review in relation to the very many audible books I have experienced over these past years. I felt however, duty bound in relation to other women who may be looking for some information and practical advice re coping with this disabling symptom of menopause. You will find little information of quality, poorly researched and the scope very limited- broad advice like ' plan your day' and ' eat a good diet' and that women should tackle head on the stigma of menopause in their workplace by talking openly re their inability to function and complete work. This book is extremely negative and very early on I felt this was so bad, nothing could be done and a lost cause anyway was the key message.
The content isn't helped by the narration which sounds almost automated, with strange gaps mid sentence and intonation where there shouldn't be. I will be returning this book . Shockingly poor.

Not very helpful
This book is not very helpful. I found it quite patronising and didn’t really have any useful information. The narration was very stilted.

Motivates to seek solution
Although I need to listen again and again due to the brain fog😀 the structure of the book, understanding the science, practical tips have motivated me to tackle my brain fog and stop letting it define me. I'd recommend
