Message Deleted
it was a good story, a page turner, if I was reading it; but the reader's speech impediment is off putting, she can't pronounce lateral 's' sounds, at first I thought it was a character's speech pattern, but then the impediment was in all dialogue. Narrator has a less obvious Chris Eubanks type speech impediment when speaking! but it was a good story.

K.L. Slater's books get better each time
I loved it. I have been waiting for this title to be published for a while and I am not disappointed. I really really enjoyed it. ☺️

Post production has given her a lisp
The producer has been heavy handed with the de-esser and given the performer a lisp. I expect better form Penguin so I'll have to listen more carefully to the previews in future.
As for the story, it started very well but fizzled out and I didn't feel there was much of a climax. Fairly disappointed to be honest.

Another cracker if a tale by K.L. Slater
Such believable characters, a faultless script sweeps you into the drama with twists and turns you do not foresee. I love this author and highly recommend.

Another brilliant psychological thriller from K L Slaughter
I was absolutely hooked from the start. K L Slater has such an amazing talent for drawing you into her stories completely, and Message Deleted is no exception. A must read/listen!
