Worth a listen...

...not least because it sounds like it was written and enthusiastically narrated by Gilderoy Lockheart. Lots of feel good encouragement here though and its an interesting approach to long distance running.

I’d dodge this one

If you haven’t got bored of hearing the author repeat a million times he’s run over a hundred ultra marathons, he starts getting into how he’s run 50km with no food or water. Wouldnt recommend at all
