Wonderful book!

This audiobook has so much potential for those that have had childhood trauma and want to get over issues they have had in the past. It's never easy to go through thos tough times and even harder to relive them. For that reason, it's important to use the power of journalling to make inner changes a reality.

Much needed Parental tool

I did not anticipate that journaling would have such a beneficial impact on my emotions and would reveal other things that made me feel so much better, thus this book was very helpful to me. Due to internalized concerns, childhood traumas can hinder you from having the relationships you might otherwise have. Use the journaling techniques that this book teaches to improve your life!
