A brilliant addition to my Michael Matthews collection
This is another great book from Michael Mathews. It is one of those audio books that you can listen to over and over again, marking chapters that you know you'll want to re-visit.
This book works well as an audio book and is very insightful and helpful for your fitness and training journal. The book isn't the end of the insights; Mathews has a fantastic website and you can sign up for updated which are always a welcome read that will help you build up on your knowledge and wisdom. He also has a podcast which is well worth the listen....I encourage you to buy this book and check out his others too, you won't be disappointed.
