Equips teens to handle different pressures
Sometimes it's difficult to imagine what my teen is going through especially when her experience of life seems so different from mine. That's the reason I really enjoyed this book and would recommend it for any teen, or any parent with a teen. The author talks about the different things that matter to teenagers - things like social media and anxious thoughts. Then, he goes ahead to recommend ways to deal that are not only science backed, but also practical.

Great Book.
This book is essential reading for all adolescent girls and children who are on the cusp of entering their teenage years.
Due to the fact that the language is not always easy to understand, I believe that this book is best suited for adults or other responsible adults, as well as the more intellectually developed adolescent girl.
The author believes that increased expectations of one's life may be contributing to the increased prevalence of anxiety in today's society. They also acknowledge that a certain amount of healthy anxiety may be beneficial.
There are some pointers provided on how to determine which of the three kinds of anxiety you are experiencing, and then the book continues on to some recommendations on how to deal with nervous and negative thoughts, such as by singing, dancing, or listening to music in general.
