Most people think that winning at any game is governed by the physical prowess of an athlete. While fitness is imperative, it's not the ONLY thing that leads them to success. I am convinced of this fact after listening to this book. The book begins by discussing the importance of having a championship mentality. Hogan explains that champions are not born; they are made. They are athletes who have developed the mental skills and habits necessary to perform at their highest level, even when things are tough. Then he shows you exactly how to create that champion mentality. Highly recommended.

A must for the aspiring athlete.
This audiobook is perfect not just for the aspiring athlete but anyone that needs that extra intestinal fortitude, filled with positive motivational examples. Love the encouragement, what is interesting is how the subconscious is not able to tell from the real and not real, didn't know that. So focusing on positive reinforcement is needed for all of us to achieve our goals. Love the narration, he has a very captivating tone. I just wrapped up listening to the book and it's like a guidebook for young athletes seeking greatness.
