About this listen

My name is Sebastian Lindstrom, and I'm the villain of this story.

I've decided to lay myself bare. To tell the truth for once in my hollow life, no matter how dark it gets. And I can assure you, it will get so dark that you'll find yourself feeling around the blackened corners of my mind, seeking a door handle that isn't there.

Don't mistake this for a confession. I neither seek forgiveness nor would I accept it. My sins are my own. They keep me company. Instead, this is the true tale of how I found her, how I stole her, and how I lost her.

She was a damsel, one who already had her white knight. But every fairy tale has a villain, someone waiting in the wings to rip it all down. A scoundrel who will set the world on fire if that means he gets what he wants. That's me.

I'm the bad guy.

4.5🌟 ... loved the story ❤️

This is one of those books i just had to revisit because i kept thinking about it. I loved the storyline. Sebastian & Camille were both amazing 👏🏾... Sebastian s character development was brilliant, i loved Sabastian's inner monologues and just his general thinking , i laughed more times than i should have but spending the whole book into his character development only to show a few chapters when he is a changed man was just the wrong move.. so, therefore, 4.5 🌟 because I wanted to see the 2 of them in love once the whole kidnapping was done . a few chapters with all the love & a more steam would have made it 5🌟 for me. the ending felt rushed, and i didn't like that. I wish Celia had given us a few more chapters of Camille with her psychopath... hence, I feel the book should have been longer. I know it's already 10 hours long, but what can I say ? The characters were so good & the dialogue was brilliant.. please, Celia, give us a novella of these two. or a full book 😊. the epilogue was nice, and the bonus chapter made me laugh, and I loved it .. Timothy was the best, and Sebastian s father gave me major DADDY vibes, and maybe we need a book for him too. the writing was brilliant, and I'm a greedy reader. could not get enough.. and the narrators were brilliant 👏🏾
