I really enjoyed this Audible book
I guess I was naive in my thoughts surrounding food. My eyes are open to so many scenarios - the addictions that rise from foods and the difference between emotional and binge eating etc m

Detailed but lacking
Detailed explanation of the disorder, however i struggled to take much away from this book which actually helped building healthier coping mechanisms

awfully narrated, not actionable
The narrator can not pronounce BINGE. BENGE and BENGING or even BENCHING was heard throughout the entire book. It's highly irritating for a book where the very topic is not even said the right way.
It seems to go through a lot of garbage/ basic stuff before getting to the point. Wanted actionable, helpful book to help someone in need. Not the one for me. Returned.
