I am really impressed with this Carnivore Diet book. This Meat Eating Diet Guide with Recipes is a must-read for anyone. This is a great book to read Ripped and Lose Fat Quick. Very informative and practical. Highly recommended.

The Audiobook provides recipes and links to helpful sites to further your research into carnivore style diets. The thing is, I really enjoy veggies. Hopefully, I'll still be able to enjoy them.

A Comprehensive Guide to Losing Fat
This is one of the most comprehensive guides I've read to losing fat without losing the precious muscle our bodies need. Michael D Kaiser has done his research and has conveyed an easy way for me to lose this fat (that I'll happily be gaining over the holiday season), and keeping the muscle and toning just in time for the spring and summer.

Get Lean and Healthy
This book definitely is a motivator. Michael gives step-by-step how to's and gives even more insight into food and meal ideas. There is a bunch of parts of the book that we've already probably heard at some point or another, but the way he frames it makes it very logical and easy to follow. Excited to put what I've learned into practice this time around.

Good
I have listen to plenty of books about healthy food practices. Among all of them I find this book very helpful and as a practical guide for my life. Among the very few books that say eat well rather than dieting, this book impressed me in a great deal. I really accept the concept of Michael D Kaiser which he has expressed in this book. The language he has used is very simple and everyone can easily understand this.
