Summary

Wow! Being a rona halsall fan i knew I would no doubt love this book, and boy i did🤗😁💯 couldnt stop listening!! Totally didn’t guess what the twists were! I thought i had it early on too!!🤔🤦🏽♀️😂 brilliant twists and there was quite a few and I would never have got them😂 don’t understand the other review about this as i thoroughly enjoyed this and as i said, I couldn’t stop listening! I've heard this narrator a few times now and I think she’s BRILLIANT 👏🏽💯😊 she done all the voices brilliantly and with exactly the correct tones for the people! She was definitely not bored... or boring 🤔👏🏽💯 this is another AMAZING book Rona thank you! And a HUGE well done to Katherine👏🏽💯😊 and thank you audible for another WONDERFUL book!!!🤗😁💯👏🏽❤️Xxxxxxxxxxx

Oh dear
I have almost all of Rona Halsall's books and this is nothing like any of them. Narrator sounded very bored, but besides that, the story wasn't great. I was actually going to send it back several times but kept thinking something very dramatic must be coming soon. It doesnt.

Not for me
The book just seemed to be a huge emotional wrangle of a woman feeling guilty of an old love affair.
It was a drain to listen to and the Narrator didn't help by making every sentence into a mournful sigh. The other subject the book covered was only mildly interesting but not plausible. Ohh boo hoo!

painfully obvious
The lead female in this book is a bit of an idiot. I don't imagine anyone in her situation would behave the way she did. I'm sorry I didn't return it. I kept hoping it would get better....it didn't.

Long winded twists and turns
The title of the book does not really match the content. I found the characters empty and the story just seemed like forced twists and too many red herrings to make it enjoyable.
