Useful for my studies
I downloaded this book as the GL is part of my health coaching qualification. This book was very helpful to listen to along side me course work book and I also bought the food GLorious food recipe book to further educate myself.

Great insight
Really great to understand the science behind what we eat, what we should eat and why. I will listen to this again and make notes as there are some fantastic tips. But recommend to anyone who is trying to lose weight or prolong their life by understanding food and the effects on our bodies.

Excellent
For some reason, this information is easier to take in and digest as an audio book. I was hesitant as I would like the hardcopy to refer too but I am delighted I went ahead and downloaded the book. Already, after a few days GL eating, I feel better. Thank you Mr Holford. xx
