Excellent book

Really enjoyed the book, learnt a lot to rehabilitate my own injuries and ones of my students. Will definitely continue my somatics education. Thank you, Sarah, for the wonderful intro into this world and all the exercises 🙏🏻

Impressive

I am fairly new to somatics, but am hoping that this will be the magic answer for my chronic back pain. I enjoyed the book and am currently working on becoming a certified somatic instructor. Sarah has a knack at simplifying and summarising complex concepts. Here's hoping my back pain will disappear with regular practice.
