The potato hack was modeled after an 1849 diet plan for people that were becoming fat and "dyspeptic" from living too luxuriously. This potato diet simply called for one to eat nothing but potatoes for a few days at a time, promising that fat men become as "lean as they ought to be." The last ten pounds gone!
For years I couldn’t get rid off my last 10 pounds of weight. Tried many things including becoming a vegan 5 yrs ago which helped tremendously with any and all my health issues but those damn last 10 kept sticking to my waist whatever I did. I need to stress I had been low carb super omnivore for decades and as such I hated potatoes, of course 😁 But becoming a vegan I embraced them into my life and oh boy was it a great idea!!! So I did three days of potato hack then a week of ‘normal’ diet and I repeated it three times and voila! 10 pounds are GONE! I certainly hope for good but even if some will creep up back there is always the potato hack to help. Thank you, Timothy, you have changed my life.
P.S. And if you listen the book several times you’ll find out there’s a plethora of great scientific information in there apart from some humorous stuff which makes the whole topic so much more enjoyable. Really well done book.

It works
Stop thinking about it and just do it. It works. In just one day my BP dropped from 140/100 to 100/74. Fasting BG usually sits at arounf 5.0. Was 4.1 after one day of potatoes. No hunger. Waiting to see how much weight drops off but my priority was dropping BP not weight.

If you’ve not seen this…it’s worth a listen
I had not come across this information before, and found this interesting and entertaining. Your choice as to it’s overall worth but definitely worth a listen.
