Very good psychological thriller ,well written kept me on edge throughout and Penelope Rawlins made it all more entertaining. Gladly I have another 4 books narrated by her .

This book kept me interested all the way through. Easy to follow, made so by the storyline which is full of surprises, and the narration is second to none. I felt like I really knew all the characters, so well were they drawn and fantastically
performed. Absolutely recommend, I loved it!

Enjoyed this title so so much. Binge listened in two days if that on and off. I love this author. A massive 5 stars without doubt. The narration was equally as good and I have just purchased another audiobook by the same author. This is my second title so far by her. The story kept me engaged all the way thru and I didn’t find my mind wandering like sometimes. I would recommend this book to any thriller / psychological fans. Very well thought out audiobook. This one is being added to my collections to listen to again the future sometime.

Honestly , I found myself wishing Hannah had been clocked on the head as well as her husband. Hannah was irritating, whined all the time and came across as generally annoying. Wouldn’t read another one of this authors books. Funny that all the men had the same voice !

I absolutely loved this story and there are many twists and turns. My nerves felt as though they were quite literally jangling in some parts. I couldn't wait for the next chapter and lay awake until 01.45 to finish the last few chapters!
Mike is a particularly unsavoury character but I really warmed to the children.
One criticism would be that the roles of the male characters would have been better (in my opinion) read by men rather than Penelope Rawlins narrating all the male roles herself.
Overall, I absolutely loved it! On to the next of Miranda's novels. xx
