The 3 books on audible by Codi Hall are a series but can be read individually, all which had many very amusing moments but some twists to keep you guessing as to the outcomes. All were very enjoyable listens as were both speakers voices and I hope the author writes more like these.

This has an excellent balance of so much nice content to get you right in the festive feels (personally, no matter what time of year you listen).
It also has a number of naughty sections which certainly might put some coal in your stocking.
The whole series is a wonderful gift to unwrap!

I thoroughly enjoyed this Single Woodsy Dad romance. I had listened to Book 3, Along Came Holly and it gave hints of this story between Clark and his bosses daughter Merry Winters. He's the new foreman for her families Christmas tree farm and shes back home to learn the business so her dad can retire. Clark's reluctant to get involved with Merry because so much of his life is tied up with the Winters family and his son Jace already wishes Mr and Mrs Winters were his grandparents. Merry is brilliant with his kid and he just doesn't want to complicate his life too much if it doesn't work out.

Thankfully, Merrys not too shy about the Crush shes had on Clark since high school and when he signs up to a dating app to distract himself from the beautiful blond tempation... he ends up pairing with her anyways. Christmas magic is doing its thing and soon, he finds himself head under the mistletoe for all the kisses.

Narration by CJ Bloom and Lee Samuels was brilliant.

Needs to be re-edited as the sex seems incongruous- such a sweet romantic story but the lovemaking scenes too graphic such a shame , same problem with first book. We get it, the guy is hot!. The writing is wonderful otherwise , and both narrators were excellent. nice story for Christmas season ....on headphones!!!

4,5 🌟we get a hot, grumpy, single dad, lumberjack and Marry who is a ray of sunshine, kind and super lovable, plus tons of funny side characters (including a crazy puppy), some p3nis beanies...all in a beautiful, wintery farm. FYI: I want to be adopted by Marry's family, they are AMAZING!!!
This is a real feel good, light-hearted, Hallmark type of Christmas romantic comedy, with a super slow burn and very little (almost none) spice.
I enjoyed every second of it, even if it was a tad too long (could have been about 2hs shorter in my opinion).
The narration was perfection as well. Free on +catalogue audible.
