About this listen
Humanity needs a savior. But a rivalry between two tinkers threatens to destroy the world they're trying to free.
Cadmus Errol is the greatest inventor that Tellurak has ever known. His clockwork graces the spires of cities across the world. Yet in another, darker world, he lives the life of a slave. There, humanity is held underfoot, bound in service to the victors of a war fought untold generations ago. It will take all the wits and resources of the best that humanity can muster to break that hold. Can Cadmus Errol, the Mad Tinker, be the one to free them all? Or will his daughter take a shortcut through dangerous science to wipe out humanities oppressors?
The Twinborn Chronicles: War of 3 Worlds is an epic fantasy series with multiple point of view characters. If you love steampunk gadgetry, heroes who get their hands dirty, and a DIY heroine, this series is for you!
Pick up your copy of the second full collection, and discover an ally you never knew you had.

As if 2 worlds weren't enough....
As i said in my review of the 1st series of books having 2 whole worlds and characters is confusing enough now add a 3rd world to it with even more characters. while the book(s) itself is good and well written its was a bit too overwhelming and confusing.

great series
brilliant series, 4 books for 1 token cannot be beaten!
it has hints of the first 3 books but it almost feels like a stand alone series. where first three books were about magic, demons and pirates, these books are about science and world travels. the ending was brilliant! makes you think what else is possible!

sublime
who ever it was that said this has nothing to do with the first 3 books is a fool, the links are obvious and subtle both. An all round excellent conclusion. Do take the time to enjoy it, please.

A brilliant second part to a fantastic series
I had my misgivings going into this, the original twinborn series had ended so neatly that I couldn't see where the author intended to take it.
How silly I was, not only did JS Morin expand the worlds perfectly but he managed to do it in a way that keeps you captivated and eager for more. He has created such a vivid and interesting world that there could be no end to side stories should he so wish. As it is, this series has finished perfectly and I have enjoyed it immensely.

Has literally nothing to do with the first books
Title says it all, I was expecting a sequel of the first books but no such look, and in this one nothing makes sense and there's almost no common ground with the first book.

Railroad storyline
Chipmunk is such a bad character.
Frequently the beneficiary of unjustified plot, despite her highlighted character traits.
A spoiled brat and braggart can be a fun protagonist; but not so much when the world ignores those character traits to allow the story to progress.
I kept hoping the story would realign; but the whole climax of the first book just felt like the universe was going to have the events it wanted - regardless of what the actors within did to derail it.

boring
i bought this 4 book series on the basis that I listened to the entire Black Ocean series by the same author and narrator pairing and it was one of my all time favourite audiobooks. you would never know it was the same people. lacklustre story, unemotional and boring. not well delivered. wasted my credit.

Well....
Don't get me wrong for a single credit this is great, but. I sort of lost interest in the characters, there were some good concepts and well thought out plot points but I just couldn't emotionally invest. Sorry, I really wanted to love this.
However Michael Naramore is superb, his performance is perfect.
