I’ve heard about ACT, CBT, and DBT before, but this is the first time I’ve come across a resource that brings them altogether in an easy to understand method. The way each therapy was explained made the concepts easy to grasp, even the more advanced stuff. I appreciated how the audiobook didn’t just explain things, but actually gave tons of useful exercises I could apply right away. These are all incredible forms of therapy that will help you improve your personal and professional relationships, show you how your behaviour and emotions are influenced by your thoughts and learn skills like emotional regulation. All 11 hours plus hours are equally as valuable and really give you a well-rounded approach to improving your mental health, self-worth and confidence. The chapters on Combating stress at work, The behavioural element of CBT and Confronting your fears were some of my favourites and really spoke to me. The 6 bonuses are the icing on the cake. Listening to the audio was good, but the PDF really helped me use the ideas. I’ve listened to so many self-help books that just repeat stuff I already know. This one was different. I’ve heard of CBT and DBT before, but ACT was new for me. That part helped me stop judging myself so much. It doesn’t fix everything, but it helps me handle things better than I used to.

This is a truly fantastic audiobook that could change your life! It has so much excellent information in it about ACT, CBT and DBT, plus literally hundreds of exercises to help put these approaches into practice. I know that I will listen to some elements of this audiobook multiple times, and that some of the exercises will really help me feel more in control of my life and myself. It is well-produced, and the narrators are easy to listen to. I would highly recommend it!
