I heard this described as a God tier standalone fantasy which gave me high expectations. Its a light listen. The narrator is great. I thought the world was interesting and I wish it was developed more, but this was very romance heavy in the romantasy category. I didn't think it was true enemies to lovers.

Performance was great! The story was ok. It jumped around a bit especially scene changes without warning. I liked the character development and a light break up from my other heavy books. It took me a little longer than I liked to listen to it all but was alright
