Easy to follow and packed with information

A really helpful book that outline the symptoms of this complex personality disorder. Really helpful for recognising and understanding these chronic behaviours.

Bpd… bpd bpd bpd

Not to be rude.. i think bpd is at least mentioned once in a sentence. If you would remove the word BPD this book would be 8 hrs …

really easy to understand

really easy to understand. I didn't want to put it down. loved it. I would definitely recommend if you suffer with bpd or if you are the partner of someone suffering with bpd.

Pretty spot on.

If there's a perfect place for the pronoun 'they' - it really is in this book. Look, I know statistically women are diagnosed more than men, but when you're not talking about a specific person, say 'they'! Using 'she', when you could mean any gender, really isn't necessary; regardless of the disclaimer at start. Saying that, I find this book would be very helpful for people who want to understand this neurobiological disorder more; especially if a loved one of theirs is diagnosed, this is a must read for those people.
