A basic introduction to Circuit Training

I think that this is useful for those who don't have time to read books and commute. however trying the exercises is not easy from listening to doing unless your an auditory learner. The thing that is missing is an accompanying pdf. Overall though, it covers most bases from sleep, to diet, to several routines you can try at home or the gym.

Great for Beginners

Although I would not consider myself a beginner I listened to this book and then did a circuit of the exercises. Even I, as someone who works out 6 days a week, felt the impact of the exercises. They are low impact and not difficult to execute for a beginner but also effective enough for someone who regularly works out.

Great book

People are too busy to exercise these days or just don’t know how to kick start the diet.
This book is great for the beginner and provides an easy to follow and step by step guide on losing weight and eating healthy. It’s only 6 weeks also so manageable for someone starting out. Love the exercises which can be done at home

Perfect starter in this series

I was hoping that this listen would inspire to pass it on to my ageing parents who are becoming progressively inactive. I was certainly not disappointed, as this wonderful book provides motivation, tips, easy to follow/safe/effective exercises that can be done from the comfort of home. I believe this is the first book of a series and am quite glad I've found it and can now pass it on!

Just What I Needed

Growing up, gyms and exercise routines weren't really a thing, Of necessity we walked, ran and cycled so much more than today's kids. There were no distracting gadgets, and limited TV channels were only available for a few hours each day. So without developing a regular habit of constant exercise my adulthood became somewhat sedentary and I needed to make a change.
Discovering this fabulous program has made it so much easier for me to go from a standing start and, although it is early days, putting these ideas into practice is certainly helping. I already have so much more get up and go, my diet is healthier and I'm feeling better about myself.
So thank you Andrew Hudson for your practical and inspiring help. Nathan Brown does a great job with the narration too!
Three and a half weeks in and I'm as motivated as when I started which, believe me, is a major feat!!!
Give this audiobook a go - it is well worth it!

Let's get moving!

A shocking number of 80% of Americans don't get enough exercise for optimal health. This is likely shaped by their environment and childhood. Many people find going to the gym intimidating but as someone who started weightlifting in college, I would say we all got to start somewhere. This book is a good guide to take you from zero to being comfortable doing circuit training on your own. I love the foundational knowledge this book brings; however, it would be very beneficial if this book comes with a PDF that shows how to do the workout as many beginners are not very familiar with the exercises.

Great for physical and mental health!

I love working out and I'm always trying to improve my diet. Both these things will lead to better mental health and this audiobook enforces those beliefs. I really like how the book is not just focused on the circuit training but also why being unhealthy and obese will lead to your metal health suffering. The circuits themselves are very well laid out and they progress well. There are some really helpful sections on injury prevention, diet plans and our metabolism. There are also low, medium and high impact circuits so this is not just for people in tip top shape. A great health and fitness book all round!

Great beginner's guide for newbie circuit trainers
