About this listen
Is the whole world against you, and everyone else is responsible for your misery?
Are you afraid of dying in a car accident, crossing the street, or simply eating your breakfast?
Every time someone passes you, you notice that person is staring at you?
Let me tell you something.
Science has proven that 80% of our thoughts are negative and on top of that 90% of people have "bizarre" thoughts about contamination, harm, religious impropriety, losing control, and sexual perversion.
It is normal to think alarming or negative thoughts, but you have to know how to deal with those thoughts in the right way to prevent and treat mental health issues.
Always keep in mind, your thoughts are not your reality. You are not what you think.
Yet there is a key to handle those thoughts in the right way to make sure you can live a life without fears and self-sabotage.
In Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, you´ll discover:
- The mystery around CBT and how this evidence-based psychotherapy treatment method can change your negative thoughts and behaviors in less than 12 hours
- How you can use the exact techniques needed to treat your anxieties, depression, and other mental diseases
- Why yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, and today should be your gift
- Why a negative thought needs as much attention as a broken leg
- How a cup of tea and a good talk can do more for you than doctors prescribed drug
- How to become as peaceful as a monk without spending hundreds of hours meditating
- Secret strategies to speed up the process of behavioral changes
- The 12 most common cognitive disorders and if you can recognize one of them
And much more....
Stop self-sabotaging and start taking action on the way you think and behave. Scroll up and click "Buy Now” to deal with your evil thoughts.

An Excellent Overview of CBT.
I have clinical depression and, after many failed therapies, found CBT to be the most helpful. Over ten years later I still use, in my everyday life, the techniques learnt and my depression is greatly controlled. This audiobook is a wonderful overview which details many aspects of CBT, the research behind it, pros and very few cons plus how to apply it to your busy life. It isn't filled with difficult buzz words or non sensical pseudo science but clear, concise, relevant and useful information. In my opinion a well narated must have book.

an eye opener....
Having family members that suffer from depression I am only too well aware of how debilitating this disease can be. Having listened to this book I will definitely be recommending it to them. Understanding how the mind works and learning how CBT can help, along side medication, will I'm sure be of benefit to anybody in the same situation. Anything that brings mental health out in to the open has to be a good thing.
