Great resource

I have always joked that I live to eat instead of eat to live. I have been an emotional eater for so long that I had almost given up. This book was a great resource to help me identify my emotional triggers, and recognize how I guilt and shame myself when I go to food for emotional support. The book offers strategies for brain rewiring, binge eating, mindful eating, boredom eating and habit adjustment and more. Full of inspiration and advice. This gives hope.

Opened my eyes and showed me the light

On occasion I have struggled with what I now understand to be emotional eating. The explanations, in this book, have given me clarity as to the reasons and signs. it has opened my eyes to the triggers and it has guided me to the tecniques which will help me to cope moving forwards. One of most inspirational books that I have ever read (listened to).

Great book

Emotional eating can really get me so this book has been super helpful.
