Not worth buying

Very brief. Nothing new. The advice is not based on scientific evidence. There is a huge body of evidence about running and this does not seem to be based on it. I did not find it at all helpful .

Protein misinformation

Any book that advises an abundance intake of animal protein should not be allowed. Please do your own research in this and don't follow the advice here.
