Great guide
I listen to a lot of audiobooks, usually in the background. This book gives you techniques to keep you mentally present whatever you're doing. It demystifies meditation and sophisticated techniques, giving it to you in easy-to-use guidelines.

Great book to learn to meditate
There are many ways to meditate and I have tried quite a few. This book feels like a collection of best practices from all ways. I would recommend this to all levels of meditation.

I recommend it
This audiobook explains that taking care of yourself comes through awareness of your feelings. Listening to your emotions helps you make decisions in line with your needs. In this book you discover that you cannot generalize about the positive or negative character of an emotional state, emotions are useful depending on the context in which they appear.

Worth buying it
The messages in the audiobook are profound and I have to agree that the importance of social and emotional skills cannot be underestimated. The audiobook contains a lot of information and it can certainly be enjoyed by the reader. The voice of the narrator is very soft and relaxing.

How to change your internal story
At a monthly coaching session, we discussed the need to identify negative thoughts and stop them from impacting your daily life. This audiobook was valuable as it outlines how to examine your thoughts when they occur and how to combat them to reframe them and improve your moods. It was also important to realize that your mental and physical health are interconnected, and by practicing self-care, you can move toward consistently experiencing better moods. The narrator had a reassuring tone, and it was a delightful audiobook to listen to.

Lovely Book
Headspace has been tremendously helpful in understanding and dealing with anxiety. The book along with the app make a great combination and can help you create a different perspective, a different approach to living with and overcoming anxiety.
