Take Care of Your Gut

The Gut affects all aspects of our life, from our health to our mental processes. It's essential eat foods with healthy bacteria to promote a healthier gut.

This audiobook helps to identify certain foods that trigger and upset the gut, how to eliminate them from your diet, and learn to adopt better practices and lifestyle choices. I've tried to tell my family the importance of this, but it seems as though I'm mansplaning. The author does a much better job at showing compassion toward women and meeting them where they are at.

The narrator does a great job at relaying the information in a way that is relatable and understandable. There's also a PDF that comes with it!

A comprehensive guide!

This a great guide on restoring and maintaining your gut health, and while is directed at women, I find that the information would be so valuable for everyone! Love how comprehensive this audiobook is, explaining the relationship of brain and gut health, includes recipes, excercise routine and plenty of other practical self-care tips. Highly recommend! I will absolutely keep this one on hand to relisten.

A Good Book for all women

This is an amazing book for all not only women. It has really educated me on food that affect the gut, what to eat to be healthy . I have learned a lot of self-care practices that are easy to follow. At times we women forget about ourselves and focus more on our family. The author has done a good job in putting together this useful tools to improve our lives.

Life-changing tips for a healthier gut

Having worked as a personal trainer for over 4 years, I wanted more information about how gut health can impact my female clients and to understand more tips and tricks for developing a strong gut. This audible is incredibly easy to follow, with a bunch of great hacks that I never would have known if I didn't listen to this audible. The chapter on move your body is incredibly powerful when combined with great nutrition. Fantastic audible and highly recommended. I will recommend this to all my female clients.

Incredible health guidance

Having taken a more serious look at myself and my health I decided to get this book. It helps explain and put so much in perspective. I never knew about the important links between gut health and the brain and how this can even have a bearing on your levels of anxiety.
There are some great recipes provided, which is where the accompanying PDF book copy comes in very useful. With the assistance of this book I look forward to fully immersing myself in improving my families health and I can’t wait to feel/see the results.

Great book

This book has been so useful for me. I have suffered with digestion problems all my adult life and I know that the gut is linked to the brain and that gut problems affect women more. This book goes into great detail on the causes and gives some great solution. I particularly liked the bit about stress
And anxiety and this has really helped me. There are some great recipes and tips on what foods to cut out

Great starter guide

Gut health is one area I have never paid attention to, but listening to this audiobook, the author shares their experiences on how having the right focus on gut health can be game-changing to relieve stress and live a healthier life.

With a huge focus on women, this book shares a practical guide to rethinking the foods we eat with a view to achieving one's best and most vibrant self. Great Beginner Guide

I'm a functional nutrition practitioner with a specialty in digestion. Because of my personal battle with Crohn's disease, I made gut health a priority not only in my life but in my practice. This is a good introduction to gut health, as it gives practical ways to mind your gut, with well-researched proven ideologies. Almost everyone has gut challenges, and this book will help you for certain. The recipe section is a nice bonus.

Excellent intro to the cause of many health issues

I'd noticed bloating and digestive issues over the past year so I thought I'd give this book a go after listening to podcasts on gut health and gut optimization.

What I didn't realize was the wide ranging consequences of sub-optimal gut health with everything from weight management to mental clarity being a side effect.

The author presents the information in easily digestible form and this book is much needed in a time where I'm looking for a more natural solution to health issues

I bought this book for my spouse, and we listened to it together. It's a fantastic guide for women. All these words are from my spouse's perspective. It's a wonderful Audiobook for women who are struggling with digestive problems or being fatigued or anxious most of the time.
This Book consists of awesome tips to teach you about Gut practical health tips which are co-related with the mind's health. At first, it's a little hard for women to take care of without any guide, but with this guide, you'll find everything you need to.
You will also discover major health tips for women, effective healthy habits, helpful tips for naturally healing unhealthy body triggers, and meal plans. Definitely recommend it to all women.
