Collection of tips on how to cut sugar
Would you try another book written by Sarah Wilson or narrated by Jessica Geffen?
Overall, this book helped me trial the sugar-free diet for a few weeks (together with reading Sweet Poison, the actual book that inspired Sarah Wilson). However, due to lack of academic and practical evidence (I didn't have much more energy) I slowly reintroduced most sugar again albeit slightly reduced.
I had to pause this audio book and reflect or make notes quite a lot. It's not a flowing story but rather instructions for a week-by-week program and as such I would have probably preferred a written version to an audio version.
Any additional comments?
As a British English speaker, I would have preferred a British English narrator to the Australian accent.
