Are all of these other five star reviews real?
I found it very hard to get very much out of this audio book. It didn't inspire me in any way and the usual information around meditate more, drink less coffee etc. has been done many times before and in far more influencing ways.
On the narration, initially I thought that the narrator was good, but by the end the pauses in the wrong places in a sentence and sometimes mispronouncing words started to grate on me. By the time I had 30 minutes left in the book it felt like an endurance exercise to finish it.

content is good but reader is awful
Very good content but the reader can't pronounce words properly and his intonation and pausing is horrendous. to the point where you have to question what he's actually saying because he hasn't read it correctly.
