"Start with just one day."
As the author suggests in section 11 of this book, 'Buy the paperback book'.
This reader's suggestion: don't bother. Possibly some of the recipes are good: I don't know, I haven't tried any of them, and they seem clearly laid out, step by step, and each is accompanied by nutritional information. But the very first (for smoothies) do not appear until over two and a half hours in, at the end of chapter ten. And most seem to have been recovered from other books. Before this, there is the'sciece' behind eating a plant based diet, with unsubstantiated claims about the medical 'facts' stated, other than those taken from other foodie books or articles, in particular, Naked Food 2020. Additionally, the constant repetition of the phrase 'plant based diet' was so frequent it began to feel like attempted brainwashing.

I was fortunate in being freely gifted with a complimentary copy of Stephan Nelson's book, at my request, by the rights holder via Audiobook Boom. Thank you. My own diet is not strictly plant based, though it is an attractive option, and I had hoped to be encouraged by this book. Unfortunately, I was not despite the steady, well modulated reading by Ralph L. Rati. There was far too much hard sell repetitious extolling of the benefits, repeated in the earlier chapters, too little by way of recipes - and these would be difficult to retrieve when wanted without a downloadable printout.
