Lately, I found myself spending 6-8 hours per day with my phone on Instagram and Facebook (thanks to my phone screen activity tracker). I have lost my concentration and, well.. my life too. I couldn't remember when I read the book last time, enjoyed my meal in full or meeting with a friend. Every single moment I felt a need to check my phone.
This book helped me to look differently at my life, and I realize that it lacks sense. Terrible feeling of emptiness and total boredom. With this book, I started to feel the taste of my meal, to enjoy nature and EVERYTHING around me! It's good to finally find a balance between real life, self-esteem, and social media. The book is well written with a good dose of researches and facts. The narration is smooth and clear. Highly recommend this book to all social media addicts.

I like that it doesn’t put social media in a bad light, rather it encourages balance, shows how social media can be a useful tool if used wisely.
The book is narrated impeccably, in a non patronising manner, but it is still powerful enough to encourage one to action, starting with small steps and making realistic changes. It is easy to follow, and enjoyable to listen.
