pretty good

. I just tried it and only once but I used it for different moves and I feel better. Will continue because ten percent of something is better than a hundred percent of nothing.

Deserve five stars

I'm such a punk when it comes to stretching. I know it's good, but it is certainly uncomfortable. When I do it regularly, I see differences but then I slack off.

The authors do an excellent job of explaining why your body needs to stretch, how to stretch, how not to stretch and how to use resistance or ballet bands to stretch more effectively.

Motivational

I am in descent ballet shape and stretch out every day. I cannot do the splits, yet. this book needs to do more stretches and warm-ups, then it is possible.

A perfect book

I used to have a lot of misunderstandings about how to increase flexibility. My own techniques were all wrong and maybe, even critical. I also wanted out on a lot of things on pre-requisites for flexibility training such as strengthening the muscles first.

Not suitable for audiobook

This might be a great method on how to do the splits but its pretty much useless as an audiobook. The narrator keeps referring to pictures but of course there aren't any.
