Sound Simple Science Made into Touchable Reality
Always disheartened by the different diet fads and untouchable goals. This book comes as a breath of fresh air. I finally believe I can take control and turn ME into what I've always dreamed about.

Exceptional information!
Every time I listen to it I get something new. I've followed the nutritional wisdom and slow carb diet here for just over a month and lost 12% body fat, 1 stone in weight and 4" off my waist!! I'm not stopping, either, I feel super sexy and the healthiest I've been in decades! 😁

inspiring book - bit too meat focused
I resisted this book after reading some reviews then listened to a speech and decided to give it a try. some great information and ideas though as a vegetarian a lot of the diet is very meat based and I am not keen on cold showers and ice baths. I was also not keen on some of his heavy suplimenting regimes. I am inspired enough to buy the book as I think I need to study some of this in more detail. The ideas to improve sex life definately will be getting more study😀

Some good life advice
Good life advice, pick out what works for your life. Worth listening to but also a hard copy to pick up on bird of interesting advice when needed. A companion.

F'ing superb
As above, obviously your view may vary due to your personal assimilation. I notice people have whined about the audiobook version- it's an audiobook! there is an accompanying pdf. I've managed to take a lot in on 2.5 speed and bookmarking anything relevant to look up. cheers Tim, not listened to any of your other books but feel I should

OUT OF THIS WORLD
The bio hacks in this audio have literally changed my attitude to everything. Having implemented the nutrition protocols in week one I lost 3.9kg a feat that would usually take me a few months. I am enjoying my food, implementing the training methods with my clients and becoming a self confessed nerd when it comes to the role heat plays with fat loss. I eat more food than ever, enjoy a better relationship with my girlfriend as I am full of energy and most importantly I am going to be the weight I always wanted to be for competing in my very first ironman. Tim if you ever read this I just want to thank you for all your hard work and dedication - your audiobook has impacted me in a way I simply cannot put into words. 5 stars just simply isn’t enough and a poor reflection of the brilliant work you have achieved. Amen to you my brother ✊

It’s slight sex heavy
It’s to much sex at the end, I was expecting nutrition and half way through it talks about making a woman orgasm. Haha if your advertising the 4 hour body let’s just keep to this subject lol
