Mum of 1 I was feeling pretty stuck heading towards 40 I felt life was slipping by one scroll at a time suffering fromirruglar period high doses of stress overthinking phone addition and just generally really not looking after myself

I have just finished this audio and will reread again the insight is so relatable for me the changes made so far have been so impactful phone fasting has been life changing Ii rung a parent who I haven’t been in contact with better sleep connecting to nature I have not had my monthlies for 59 days I started this book 3 days ago on day 2 I got them I don’t know if it’s coincidental but my stress levels are a lot lower

Absolutely fantastic! Gives alot of insights into how these important chemicals work and how they're influenced. This knowledge is crucial in today's fast paced, high stress culture. I'd already recommended this to at least 10 people before I finished listening. If there's one book to read/listen to this year, this is the one!

I found this book to be basic. In my opinion it might be useful to someone who has never read a book on wellness, health, fitness, or mediation, but it just regurgitates simple ideas. I found the author to be somewhat condescending as well, telling the reader that even he isn't perfect several times. Also, it is factually incorrect - the myth of removing toxins by having a sauna is laughably incorrect and shows a lack of basic knowledge and research. This book is probably not a bad as I am making it sound, and as I said, I can see how it might help someone as their first foray into this subject, but it was not for me.
