Lovely book

Wonderful recipes with colorful pictures. I am a weight watcher, and can get smartpoint values on her website for all of the recipes in this book That's Perfect! Well done

Awesome book.

The Author Is Incredible

It totally works.

Well done! Brilliant audiobook.

Done some listening on this topic before, but the books I got lost me as I went through them. This one I am pleased to say didn’t! I am more of a actions person, so I really like it when the book offers step by step instructions and day by day plans to get me going on the keto diet and intermittent fasting lifestyle. Happy!
