Anxiety is a curse

Anxiety is a curse. Do something about it. This book was mostly very successful for me (the first method didn't help me at all if I am being honest) so its 9.9 out of 10 from me.

Impressed.

An impressive. modern take on panic and anxiety. Refreshing to finally listen to something different. A new approach to it all. So far, I am seeing positive results and therefore think the book is more than worth it. Had a wedding last week which is something I would have dreaded in the past but I managed to keep my anxiety at bay with the methods learnt here.

Look, I am going to be honest here. This is not the BIG-CURE that some people have said. I am not 100% cured. But I am feeling better than I have in many many years and I put it down to this book.
