Learn to accept.
I liked that this book looked at how ADHD can look different based on Women age, etc. This book is focused on women as hormones can play a part in how ADHD manifests.

Improve
I bought this after being recommended by someone I know with ADHD to understand them better - it did the job and then some! It is exceptionally detailed but very easy to listen in the A to Z format, well backed up with research, and engaging with practical exercises to do on everything from burnout to money.

She loved it
Bought this for my daughter when she turned 28. She's not much of a listener, so I was nervous about it just getting put on a shelf.... but she listen it! She said it was easy to listen and engaging.
