Effective

My mental health problems are related to multiple traumas, depression, anxiety, ADHD, inactive alcoholism and addiction - as a consequence, mindfulness can be triggering and distressing from time to time.
So far, I haven’t experienced a triggering episode with this app., and have been successfully unwound after pretty significant episodes of feeling overwhelmed.

I do not usually manage to get to sleep easily; nor do I stay asleep when I do manage.
The ‘Positive Affirmations’ and ‘Letting Go’ chapters have been lifesavers.

The speaker reminds me of a friend of mine from France - I don’t know whether that will hold some power behind it.

I hope this review helps :)
