Everyone Has Trauma

Whether big or small, conscious or unconscious, everyone walks around with past trauma. This book did an excellent job of highlighting just that, as well as providing numerous ways to overcome it. As women, negative self-talk is incredibly common, whether we realize it or not - I certainly didn't realize the extend in which I was doing it. I've gone through trauma-inducing events such as infertility, divorce, depression, anxiety, and others, and even if we think we are fully healed, some of that trauma decides to stick around. If you can relate, I highly encourage you to pick up this book. Adding small habits to your routines, such as positive self-talk, affirmations, etc., can make a big impact on your everyday life and this book is your perfect companion to make that change.
