There is no other book like this that I have found, and i have read alot.

What about Tom Venuto’s performance did you like?

The whole book is read with consistent vocal volume and enthusiasm but not too much, by this I mean there is no hype, and the advice given is sound and non preachy.

Did you have an emotional reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

yes, This audio book re-lit my fire to burn fat, I have tried and tried in the past and failed, I listened to the wrong people and read the wrong magazines and fell for the supplement hype. After applying the ideas and advice in this book I have already made significant changes in my body composition.

Any additional comments?

I had this book in PDF years ago and didn't read it, instead I read 'the magazines' promoting all sorts. I thoroughly regret not reading it. If you're reading this and have been struggling with fat loss then don't think just buy this, you won't regret it.

Excellent on every angle.

I would honestly recommend this to absolutely anyone not just those looking to change their body composition. Excellent overview and some great important detail on nutrition. I especially loved the chapter on mainframe and mentality. This has entered my top 10 recommended list.

Great knowledge and everything you need to set yourself up to get lean!

Refreshing change from the usual books

What made the experience of listening to Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle the most enjoyable?

It was an interesting, but not overloading experience. Easy to follow and understand, with just enough technical info to explain, but not confuse the listener.

A must read

There are a few odd reviews on here about this being just another diet book
It is far from that
It’s not a diet book
Spend the time listening - about 7hrs in and things begin to change
