My favourite in the series 😍
I have loved the Treasure State Wildcats books but I think Rush and Faye have just taken top spot! 😍
The Accidental Pregnancy trope can be a love / hate one for some people, but I often find myself falling under the love category! When it’s done right, it’s so damn good, and Devney definitely did it right! 😍
If I had to describe Rally in one word, it would be REAL. Devney didn’t shy away from the struggles or hardships of dealing with an accidental pregnancy. Sometimes it can be sugar coated, but I loved how we were in the depths of it with Rush and Faye. They struggled. It wasn’t easy. There were arguments and lots of tears. Sacrifices had to be made. But they stuck together through out it all!
Rush was the most patient and mature college guy! He struggled yes, but he built up a network of support around himself and I loved the relationship he shared with Ford! He was often the piggy in the middle of Faye and Maverick, but he stood his ground. As soon as he found out about Squish, he put his new family above everything else, and it was so admirable!
Poor Faye had such a hard life, my heart broke for her! She was so alone and didn’t have anyone to count on but herself. It took a long time for her to let her guard down and let Rush in, but it was so sweet when she finally did! 🥹
After all the Maverick and Stevie teasers in Blitz and Rally, I’m so excited to read his book! I just know that it’s going to break my heart, but I trust Devney to put it back together again! 🥹

I loved the pace of this, how it overlaps with the previous two books, seeing a different perspective to some scenes that we read in Coach. There are time jumps, but to me, it makes sense.
The spicey scene don't take over the whole book. The chemistry between Rush x Faye has a sweet build up to it, and how they met was so romantic.

RALLY!
Another perfect book from Devney! The narrators were utterly incredible. I loved every single second of 'Rally'. Also, the meaning behind the title had me sobbing! In the BEST way, obviously 🥰

Weird best friend dynamic
I really thought at some point Maverick would confess his love to Rush, that's how weird his jalousy fits were.
Narration was great and overall Faye and Rush make a sweet lovestory.
