JUDGEMENT DAY IS COMING . . .

‘Absolutely riveting - you won’t be able to put this down’ Mo Hayder

Two nuns are brutally attacked within the walls of their convent. There seems to be no shred of motive. But during the autopsy Forensic Pathologist Maura Isles discovers something entirely unexpected.

And when a second, heavily mutilated body is found and linked to the case, she and Detective Jane Rizzoli find themselves in the midst of a terrifying investigation that seems to implicate everyone.

Because who can really say they’re free from sin?

there were many sections that were repeated/ played back for 30 seconds, which is annoying

Could have been better!

As with the previous recording in the series, there are points at which the text is repeated.

Great mystery, more plot less blood.

Take a break from the predominance of one serial killer vs their nemesis cop plot which floods the thriller market. This is completely individual and different.
This is the 3rd book in this series so it would spoil the 1st two to jump straight into this one, unless you hate extremely graphic depictions of violence and gore in which case start with this one! It's far more mystery far less bloodshed.

Great book once you get past RiTzoli

The pronunciation of Rizzoli with a hard T is annoying but once you get used to it it’s a good listen.

Good book, poor execution of the audiobook

the book is amazing but I the narrators mispronounciation of alot of things, the main one being rizzoli ruined it, along side the fact alot of the lines were repeated
