A motivational read.
This is an in depth guide on how one can achieve weight loss and health goals through walking/nutrition. It covers all the benefits of walking and the great thing is that it can help anyone starting on their walking for fitness journey regardless of where they are. It provides lots of information on how you can build up and go from beginner level to even marathon walking.

Sounds like a plan!
Simple, practical and achievable, this book lays out in clear, straightforward terms an approach to losing weight through walking that even I can follow! This step by step program is aimed at beginners, as indeed I am, on how to start walking, then ramp up a walking regimen as you become fitter. I particularly enjoyed the practical advice on monitoring and tracking weight loss, as well. The sensible nutrition tips and ‘before and after’ walking workouts seem helpful, in my view. I am really looking forward to seeing the results from this gentle and hopefully effective way to get back on track.

A simple, doable way to attain a healthy lifestyle
Walking has become more appealing to me as an exercise regimen as a result of listening to this audiobook, and I am now more willing to take my walking seriously and develop a structured walking program. The audiobook begins by introducing basic techniques and laying out the foundation for implementing an easy-to-follow and sustainable walking habit. It underlines the importance of developing a walking habit and turning it into a lifestyle.
The 7-week walking program is simple to follow and adapt as one's fitness improves, and the audiobook includes a variety of tracking methods for measuring and monitoring progress. I found the sections on exercise to be especially useful in preventing injury and ensuring that one gets the most out of walking. An easy read and very motivating.
This book has certainly renewed my love for the great outdoors. I especially enjoyed the week to week guide which has given me a sense of achievement. Now I can’t stop walking! Highly recommended!!

Informative
Having struggled with weight loss my sister recommended this book to me which she said helped her on her weight loss journey. I did exactly everything in the book and followed the steps and I am honestly impressed with my performance. This is indeed a book that works for anyone that wants to lose weight and see themselves live a better and happy life.

Stating the obvious
this book is beyond crass. you would need to have been living on an alien planet not have heard its content a thousand times before(eg to loose weight you need a calorie deficit- who knew!)
Given its positive evaluation I dont think I will ever trust this way of judging if a book is worth buying again.
