Entertaining the ideas of trying out

After a few weeks, I'm sleeping better feel a lot less stress. My next challenge is to eat like an adult, not like a hungry teen. Good book a good to listen too.

Complete detailed motivational book

The book is very thorough with stretching, exercises & cardio, it does explain the proper way to build a workout program for you. Book also goes into some intermediate forms such as the levers and muscle ups.

Awesome writing style

It provides sufficient knowledge on how to obtain great shape and healthy weight right at home. You will not need the use of any equipment while doing these best exercises. The very practical book indeed.

Basic exercises

This book is great because it has a warm section that shows you how to warm up properly. Shows a wide variety of beginners calisthenics exercises like push ups and pull ups.

The workout program(s) at the end of the book are also really well thought out. I've been doing bodyweight-only workouts for a little over 5 years now and am very happy with the outline suggested in the book. I've added this program to my normal rotation for about a week and will likely continue to do so.

a lot of detail

I now have a much better understanding of nutrition and exercise. The most important part for me is learning about the best food and nutrition ideas to help my body stay fit with exercises and how to select what to eat and what to avoid to maintain a healthy diet.
