Great for my grandparents
I have recently shown my grandparents audible and audiobooks, and they love them! This book especially
This was really broken down for them so they could listen and follow easily, the pdf attachment was perfect I was able to print this out for them

Helpful and easy to use
We should all be keeping moving more as we age as we lose muscle mass unless you are a super fit and muscle builder person. I am not. I do try to keep it going but lose a bit of direction and this book is the answer to what and how to do exercise for seniors. And you learn about not only the physical benefits but the mental ones too. I would like to live longer and be well for as long as possible so doing these exercises and hearing about the benefits can only improve my life.

Fun and Interesting!
The perfect exercise book for seniors out there. Perfect for balancing life even when you are old, it will make you feel young and stronger everyday as ever. The content is suitable for old people, its easy and just calm, enough to help them get through their routine and help there body to easily move and build energy for everyday. Nice narration and overall.

My mum loved this book!
I gave this book to my mum who is over 70 along with a copy of the PDF that shows how to do each exercise. Her review said “These are great and not too difficult for me”. The key is that she wants to exercise but has not been able to find things that she can do and this book solved that problem for her. The narration was also very clear and easy to follow. A very useful book that my mum is very happy with.

You Don't Need To Be Over The Hill At 60!
It's so important to keep fit, not just when you reach 60 and beyond but at any time. It's true, that if you can't find time for exercise, you'll need to find time for ill-health. This well-presented audiobook has the answers with 130 exercises to keep you fit. Very good book 5 Stars..

Great for seniors!
Making exercise a priority for elders can considerably enhance their mental health. The routines are well-explained, and the author provides enough description for each exercise to be visualized.
It's a useful training manual for moderate activities that keep you active while still keeping you safe.
I used it with my parents, and I've noticed that they're more active, it's doing wonders. I highly recommend Great Book!.

Great tips!
I purchased this audio book for my parents who are in there late fifties and early sixties. They both wanted to start working out but didn't know where to start. They have found this audio book great at helping them get started and find the movements to suit them really well.

Significantly Improved my mother’s health
I bought this book for my mum who is 64. She herself is already active with gardening and being up and about but I knew she needed something more holistic for her changing body. This book offers this. It made her stronger and more resilient. Exercising keeps one positive and sane and sharp as well, a great bonus. Very clear, easy to follow, and we learned new facts too.

Great book
Life doesn’t have to stop when you get older! Nor do you have to be unfit! This book gives some really useful information on staying fit into older age with step by step guide on different exercises. Thoroughly enjoyed working my way through it
