Great content
This is the 5th book by Marc that I've listened too, and again it's a brilliant listen, as always Marc is honest and gives real life examples and encouragement and as always I've learnt something, can't praise Marc's style enough. Would highly recommend this book

Inspiration and perspiration
Marc is so relatable that this book is ideal for beginners looking to get in shape, fit (or fitter) and for seasoned gym goers who may not know that some of their daily routines could be simplified with just a few key steps. There's a full workout and nutrition guide with principles anyone can follow. Highly recommended.

Excellently presented and very helpful information
I've listened too alot of audiobooks on muscle training and nutrition and as far as information included goes this is right up there for strength training and doing it the proper way for maximum benefits! highly recommend.

A lot an anecdotes and stories, the only bit of interest would be the routines which are apparently available as pdf on here website but the domain is now something else,
